Dr. Palmer grew up between Houston, Breckenridge, Colorado and Destin, Florida before earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College.

He spent five years as a chiropractic associate in Pensacola and Destin, Florida, before returning to Texas in 2015 to open his own practice in the Hill Country town of Fredericksburg.

Dr. Palmer treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using soft tissue techniques including myofascial release (MRT), adhesion breaking and flexion-distraction, all without prescription drugs or surgery.
